Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy
Digital Products
All digital products, including downloadable guides, files, and digital content, are non-refundable once delivered or accessed.
Due to the nature of digital content, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds after purchase.
Physical Products (Parts & Equipment)
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery if the item:
Is unused and in original condition
Is returned in original packaging
Non-returnable items include:
Installed, used, or damaged items
Custom or special-order products
Clearance or final-sale items
Refunds, if approved, will be issued to the original payment method after inspection. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Warranty-Related Returns
If a product is covered under our warranty, repairs or replacements will be handled according to the terms of the warranty rather than a refund, unless otherwise required by law.
Installation & Service Cancellations
Appointments canceled 24 hours or more before the scheduled service may be eligible for a full refund or reschedule.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before service may be subject to a cancellation fee.
Services that have already been completed or partially completed are non-refundable.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled before shipment or download delivery.
Once an order has shipped or a digital product has been delivered, it cannot be canceled.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days, depending on your financial institution.
